So you’re interested in playing with Volleyball Club Majella!
Well, we are the most fun, driven and ambitious volleyball club in Utrecht. We aim to play at a high level, but want to have fun doing so. We often hang out at de Heksenketel bar at the Galgenwaard sports centre, throw parties and arrange other club activities besides volleyball games.
If you’re short on time, it’s good to know that we only train once a week at the Galgenwaard sports centre and we only play games at the weekend during competition season.

Cancelling Membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify not only the TC but also (before July 1st) the membership administration at ledenadministratie@
Becoming a Dormant Member
If you are unavailable next season but would like to remain connected to Majella, you can convert your membership to a dormant membership instead of canceling. A dormant member remains on the mailing list and is invited to parties and other activities. As a dormant member, you have a return guarantee. This means you have priority over new members for a spot on a team. However, this does not automatically mean you will return to the team you last played for. Converting your membership to a dormant membership, just like canceling, should be done by contacting the membership administration (ledenadministratie@vcmajella.
Pregnancy and Injuries
If you are unable to play competitively from mid-season (January) onwards, for example due to a long-term injury, pregnancy, or relocation, you can also convert your membership to a dormant membership. It is not possible to unsubscribe from Majella during the season.
